Denmark bans 13 breeds including Pit Bull, Tosa and American Staffordshire — Rottweiler is not on the list. Norway and Iceland ban certain breeds. Singapore bans 34 breeds including Rottweiler. Both Azerbaijan and Georgia require a rabies vaccination no older than 11 months — 3-year vaccinations are not recognized. A government-endorsed health certificate is also required, as EU Pet Passports are not accepted.

A rabies titer test measures whether your pet's immune system responded to vaccination. It's required for entry into several countries — and missing it means you cannot enter at the border, no exceptions.
