Terms of Service

PetTrip provides travel planning information for pet owners, including route-based entry requirements, breed-specific regulations, and travel checklists. The app is intended as a planning aid only.

All country entry requirements, breed restrictions, and travel rules displayed in PetTrip are researched to the best of our knowledge but may be incomplete or out of date. PetTrip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Always verify current entry requirements with the relevant official authorities before travel. PetTrip accepts no liability for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the use of information provided in the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Free accounts may save up to 1 pet profile. Premium accounts may save unlimited pet profiles and trips.

PetTrip offers a Premium subscription (PetPlus) at $9.99/year or $1.99/month. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to Apple's and Google's respective payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

PetTrip allows registered users to submit reviews and ratings for places (veterinarians, groomers, etc.). All submitted content is reviewed by our team before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms or our community standards. If you believe a published review violates our guidelines, please contact us at support@pettrip.app.

You may not use PetTrip for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, scrape or copy data for commercial purposes, submit false or misleading reviews, or interfere with the operation of the service.

All content, design, and code in PetTrip is the property of WonderfulWebWorks LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of PetTrip after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you under GDPR or other applicable EU laws.
